a budget basic Smith Machine (replacing the almost identical Bodysolid
budget Smith Machine) suitable for limited use in the domestic environment.
The movement runs on 2" square section rails on Nylon bushes. These need very
regular maintenance and lubrication to reduce the drag / friction of the high
contact area of the bushes. I personally only recommend this machine for people
on a very restricted budget. I would recommend the purchase of a power rack
in preference to this smith machine if funds will not stretch to either the
5 in 1 Smith Machine or the Series 7 Smith Machine
Combination. But, If you really must have an economy Smith machine
then for the price, there is little if anything to match this budget Smith Machine
from Powerline.
