GymRatZ Review of the York FTS Flat to Incline Bench:
An ideal bench for use at home of light commercial gym use, the York FTS Flat to Incline Bench combines simple design with a sturdy build quality. The FTS Flat to Incline Bench is great for use with the York FTS Press/ Squat Stands or separately with dumbells (SelectTech being a good choice for home). Originally the equivalent Body-Solid GFI21 was significantly cheaper however in recent months the price of Body Solid gym equipment has risen by more than a little and now the York FTS range offers a great range of products which although marginally more expensive than the equivalent Body Solid benches are given a big thumbs up as great value for money and accesibillity to spare parts and replacement components should anything suffer through clients (ab)use.
Here's what York have to say about their FTS Flat to Incline Bench:
The York FTS Flat to Incline Bench is a fantastic compact dumbell bench for any studio or club environment. It has a 6 position 0-90 degree incline using the same "cupping" system as used on the York FTS Flex Bench, but has the added advantage of having a 3 position "pull-pin" seat pad adjustment for greater support when using in an incline position.
