8Kg Gym Hammer

Jordan fitness have added what has become a very popular addition to any "modern" functional training gym; the gym sledgehammer. Originally we were able to source gym hammers up to 15Kg however our supplies dried up but fortunately Jordan have a three hammers in their range, namely 4Kg, 8Kg and 10Kg so whilst not right up to 15Kg, still a good range suitable for most users.

Featuring a full length grip affording essential grip regardless of hand positioning and finished in a durable "gym silver" colour these gym hammers are perfectly suited to tyre smashing.

Popularised in recent years by "functional" training, sledgehammers are most often used in bootcamp-style workouts to hit a tyre. So, a good way to work the obliques, abs, and forearms. We offer the sledgehammer in 3 weight increments - 4kg, 8kg, 10kg, please select your desired weight from the drop-down menu when ordering.

Please be sure to check out the rest of our functional strength training kit.
