Zero90 Series Functional Rigs
The Zero90 Functional Rigs are designed to fit into a corner and be wall mounted to each wall face. They can be extended along one side wall or the other depending on access and wall features etc. providing a great way to utilise a wasted corner space with basic workout rig features and storage for medicine balls, kettlebells etc
Currently consisting of 3 basic layouts which can be assembled for left or right wall priority.

One80 Series Functional Rigs
The One80 range of workout rigs offer a uniquely customisable range of wall-mounted rigs both as a standard variation that features a monkey-bar ladder run, and a compact version keeping the frame much closer to the wall whilst still affording a unique storage solution for kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls etc.
As with all the other ranges, each base model is expanded upon with more sections and more storage legs as well as having 3 different widths per section.

One85 Series Functional Rigs
The One85 Series rigs combine the essential characteristics of a half rack (squat rack) and all the features and versatility of a workout crossfit rig including an extended rig wing and ladder bar/monkey bar run in a fully modular and expandable set-up comprising from a single unit to as many interconnected squat stations as you require and spaced either 1.5m, 2m or 3m apart. Made in the UK to our heavy-duty full commercial gym specification and unique 2 colour paintwork means this rig is suitable for all serious gyms.

Two70 Series Functional Rigs
The new Two70 range of workout rigs are a free-standing, multi-functional design based on a single or double triangular footprint. This three leg design gives abundant options for working out and masses of storage space either with the included accessories or by adding additional attachments such as a punchbag arm and rope climb etc.
The Two70-X2 is as the name suggests, 2 x Two70 frames connected by monkey bars. Massive configuration options and additions available, just ask and we can add or remove components as required.

Three60 Series Functional Rigs
An essential component of any gym today is a Functional Training rig and a grass-track for sled/prowler work. The new range of Functional workout rigs made for GymRatZ by Exigo in the UK are unique in as much as they have been put together as pre-defined packages but are incredibly to add, remove or exchange components to provide exactly the workout rig to suit your specific training requirements. Not only that but all of these rigs can be powder coated in two colours from either the standard colour pallet detailed on each product page or to your own RAL colours (quoted on request). Six30 Series Functional Rigs
Gantry Rigs for commercial gyms - Our new Six30 range of full commercial gym gantry rigs are based on creating significantly longer than average monkey bar or ladder runs rather than the more typical multi-station, multi-sided offering of the other rigs in our Functional Rig section. Available in various widths and a huge range of lengths mean we have a ladder gantry rig for all spaces and budgets.
Single span or double span, double width options while offered as pre-packaged sizes for ease of understanding and visualisation are by no means the only configurations we can supply. Any combination of components and accessories can be added (depending on number of frame legs) so triple or quadruple with rigs are perfectly feasible and can be quoted on request.

Five40 Series Functional Rigs
Stepping up the game our new Five40 range of workout rigs take a new non-linear approach to range expansion. From the semi-octagonal X5-Power and X5-Training rigss to the fully octagonal "all side" training of the X-8 Power and X-8 Training rigs there is an abundant offering of training solutions and variations. X5 and X8 Power models include a single or double squat station whereas these are removed on the "Training" variants allowing more space for suspension trainers or as on the X8 Training rig one of the squat stations has been replaced with an integrated ladder wall. Perfect for more unique exercises of stretches etc.

Four50 Series Functional Rigs
The Four50 Functional rig is very similar to the One85 series of rigs with the exception being the latter is a wall mounted rig whereas these Four50 Series are free-standing units.
Just like the One85 the Four50 base rack can be extended with interconnecting side rails of various lengths and increased by adding further stations as with all the other models (denoted by the X number i.e. X1, X2 or X3). These of course pre-set configurations for simplicity to make the options easier to understand but ultimately are completely adaptable and can be customised with additional or replacement accessories or components from any other model to meet your own specific requirements.
