Lying Leg Extensions are a great way of isolating the quadriceps and forcing very strict muscle isolation. Although we don't yet have images of our Core Gym Equipment version of this machine it's safe to say that it's been manufactured based on a long standing, tried and tested design.
There's little point in trying to re-invent the wheel so most manufacturers do exactly the same thing and "copy" existing machine designs that have stood the test of time.

Important Info. - Commercial adjustable benches .. you will find a wide range of adjustable benches offered with full commercial warranty. Equipment with manual adjustments has a hard life in a commercial gym. The Incline decline bench will likely be adjusted up and down from gym opening time until closing. The construction and method of adjustment differ product to product.

Core Gym Equipment is made to order in the UK. Current lead times are typically around 2-4 weeks but please call to confirm.
