The lightweight speed coaching pad is made from only the best quality supple leather goat hide and a combination of flexible lightweight materials. Incorporated within the target area is a gel layer acting to absorb the impact effectively to protect both the opponent and the user. These 7 inch diameter pads are very light and are specifically used for speed training, enhancing the development of Hand eye co-ordination, speed, agility and balance. The internal part of the mitt incorporates an anti-slip material that allows additional grip to the fingers reducing further movement of the pad when being struck. The outer finger area is exposed and the anti-microbial moisture wicking material helps to aid cooling and hygiene.
