2.5Kg Thin Line Rubber Easy Grip Plates (priced/sold as a pair) - the weight plate of choice for easy handling. Thinner than other available rubber olympic weight plates. Plates unique lock together shape reduced movement and clanking.

The cut-out handles make handling the plates much easier, carrying 2 x 20Kg plates one in each hand is very easy and can be used as an exercise similar to farmers walk in it's own right. The cut-outs also interlock with similar plates of the same size reducing space taken up on the weightlifting bar, and to add to that they also create "finger space" under the edge therby enabling the user to pick up 20Kg or these 2.5Kg plates left face down on the floor with ease.
