Another must-have add-on accessory for our StrengthGear Modular Rigs is a punchbag arm which utilses the fact that you already have a very stable base from which to hang your punchbag in the form of the heavy gauge, 3mm thick reigh uprights which combine to form a super tough structure that can be bolted to the floor or wall (depending on configuration)

Modern buildings are all about thermal insulation which means solid block wall construction of buildings is only found in warehouses etc so if your gym is stuck with light weight inner walls and no ceiling from which to mount your punchbag then this rig-mounted punchbag arm offers an extremely useful option missing from many rigs on the market.

With a weight limit that massively exceeds ANY punchbag you can quite hapilly mount a bag like the Carbon Claw Pro-X Jumbo punchbag which weighs in at an incredible 65Kg and the punchbag arm wouldn't know it was there.
