Build your own crossfit rig - The most economical way to get yourself a commercial cross fit rig

You are purchasing a wall mounted rig comprising of 2 uprights and 3 monkey rails plus a pair of lift off hooks. For alternative designs select your components from the related items tab above. Image two is for illustration purpose and will give you an idea of what can be achieved with this self assemble rig system.

Stocked Crossfit Rig. For those of you that can't wait to have your crossfit rig manufactured and installed we offer the Strength Series full commercial wall mounted crossfit rig. This range can be purchased by component so you can extend your rig sideways with the addition of more legs and cross bars  and /or add items such as Bolt on grappler/landmine, Safeties, Rig wings. Dip handles etc.

This crossfit rig is sold self install only. We do not offer an installation service on this item as there are a minimul number of parts to the rig that simply bolt together. The rig uprights have flat plate feet at the bottom, floor bolts are included.

Sturdy and robust 75mm X 75mm X 3mm steel box section. The wall  rig is 2.5m in height .  If you buy from this page you are purchasing a rig with  dimension 120cm wide and 120cm depth

Important: If you want to use your rig for squats /press you will need the 120cm dimension that this rack gives you  to enable 7ft Olympic bar to rest correctly on bar hooks/catchers
