Personally I'm not a huge fan of machines, especially having been sujected to one such machine in a local gym that moved through such an obscure arc almost everyone that used it complained of shoulder discomfort however, tarring all fixed arc machines with the same brush isn't very fair, it's like saying all smith machines are evil. 
As soon as I get to test the core gym plate load chest machine I'll update this page to reflect my experiences but until then I'll just say that as with all the other Core Gym Machines it's going to have been designed and built to a very much tried and tested design so there shouldn't be any cause for concern or hesitation if this is a machine you're specifically after.

Important Info. - Commercial adjustable benches .. you will find a wide range of adjustable benches offered with full commercial warranty. Equipment with manual adjustments has a hard life in a commercial gym. The Incline decline bench will likely be adjusted up and down from gym opening time until closing. The construction and method of adjustment differ product to product.
