Pinch Grip Block for improving grip strength. We make these extra long (300mm), so you can pinch with one hand or two. We also offer them in a variety of pinch thicknesses (55mm to 110mm) to suit your preference - please choose upon purchase.
Ideally paired with one of our GymRatZ Loading pins the training advice is to select a weight you can hold for around 10 seconds before your grip slips. As with other weight training exercises perfroming 3 sets with a TUL (Time Under Load) of around 10 seconds per set should be enough to tax the "grip muscles" sufficiently.
Note, the forearms are the dominant muscle in all grip work so you should feel them working during this exercise or other pich grip exercises e.g. pinching a weight plate etc .
