Matt writing. "Functional" training has become increasingly popular over the last few years with many traditional Strongman equipment coming in to popularity. Sandbag training is just one of them. This Large Tough-As-Nails Sandbag can hold up to a whopping 300lb of sand when fully loaded. You can of course partially load the bag ;-).
