Manufactured from Rosewood stained Ash wood this TriaTrainer made in Germany by NOHRD is a multi-functional bench designed to compliment the black and rosewood stained ash of the Club WaterRower (made in USA)

The TriaTrainer isn't a heavy-duty weight training bench for the hard-core home gym enthusiast but more in keeping with a home fitness studio, yoga, pilates, or calisthenics style of training. 

Offering 3 positions from 2 x hinged joints and an adjustable foot brace this beck is the perfect bench for training core muscles by way of crunches and glute/lower back raises this bench makes the perfect addition for anyone that already has the space-saving Natural WaterRower in Ash wood.

All TriaTrainers are available with a faux-leather (Vegan friendly) upholstry in black which is the version typically held in UK stock for quick delivery, or black "real" leather which is a made to order product and as such would under normal circumstances be available on a 6 week lead time.
