York FTS Press/Squat Package

You are purchasing 1 X York light commercial bench and squat stands with safeties. Weight plates and bar sold separately

The FTS (Fitness Training Series) is suitable for light Commercial use. This range offers great quality and build at an unbeatable price. Like many other pieces of fitness equipment with multiple manual adjustment features the item is not suggested for full commercial use. This range is ideal for club, personal training studio, home gym, works gym, school, college, hotel etc.

This package is ideal and suggested when height and space are limited. Safeties are included as standard when you purchase the York FTS Press squat stands so the set up is ideal if you are a lone trainer. 2 weight storage posts to the rear of the stands allows you to keep your space neat and tidy.

Both Bench and stands are built from heavy gauge steel (2" x 3" box section). Colour White 

The storage posts on the stand are 1", they accomadate 1" plates, you may want to add Olympic adapter sleeves to accomadate you olympic plates

The York freestanding FTS Press/ Squat Stands are ideal for use in a studio where maximising space is an issue. The main telescopic uprights are height adjustable from 102cm up to 154cm in 5cm increments.

York FTS Flat to Incline bench

Built with the same steel section as the squat stands this bench is nicely made, sturdy and robust, featuring rubber non slip feet for extra stability. Comfortable, durable back and seat pad, the chamfored edges of the back rest pad allow for greater range of movement in the shoulder region when performing dumbbell excercises

This bench is adjustable 6 position 0-90 degree on the back rest with the added bonus of 3 position adjustment on the seat for added comfort.

Bench dimensions 120cm L, 61cm W, 48cm high   when bench is flat
