What is an Anti-Burst Swiss Ball?

Any swiss ball or exercise ball that is labeled anti-burst will typically have a load rating. What it actually means is that if the ball is under any load and comes into contact with a sharp object the ball will of course deflate but at a controlled rate unlike the cheap branded balls which explode like a balloon !
