A 55cm Swiss Ball is the ideal size for anyone less than 5'6" in height. This 500Kg load capacity anti-burst studio fit ball is the toughest we can find. Having been tested to over 750Kg (1650 lb) it is the ultimate swiss ball for using with weights either dumbell, barbell, medicine ball exercise and more. Added to this it also comes with a hand pump for topping up the ball as with any ball there will always be a degree of additional softening and expansion as a fitness ball "settles in" with use.

What is an Anti-Burst Swiss Ball?

Any Swiss ball or exercise ball that is labeled anti-burst will typically have a load rating. What it actually means is that if the ball is under any load and comes into contact with a sharp object the ball will of course deflate but at a controlled rate unlike the cheap branded balls which explode like a balloon !
