2" Thick Olympic EZ Curl Bar
So you've got your straight Olympic Fat Bar and now want to add a bit of variety into your thick bar training routine. You REALLY NEED to try one of our EZ-Curl Fat Bars.
This 2" bar is a great place to start for biceps and triceps, with the proven benefits of fat bar training you will be taxing much more than just your upper arms.
Our suggestion would be 2" bar is the ideal fat bar for "normal" sized hands but the thicker 2.5" and 3" bars would be more suitable for the XXL and bigger hands.
Rotating ends... a nice "feature" and worth the extra cost in terms of cost for additional hardware, and when paying out for quite a niche "luxury" product why not add a bit of engineering shizzle to your bar but in terms of bang/buck on a practical side then rotating ends on a curl bar don't really add any noticeable benefit over fixed ends but they definately make the bar look and feel a lot more "engineered" than "fabricated".
