Although the inner mitts are elasticated, they're only made in the one size, so quite large and do not offer much support. So, if you want extra support, you may wish to look at our handwraps and gloves with wrist support. However, the inner mitts are sweat absorbent and machine washable, so they're ideal to use beneath your boxing gloves or punchbag mitts (like you'd wear socks with trainers - I hope!).
