Body-Solid GFID71 Bench

What's so special about the Body-Solid GFID71 adjustable flat/incline/decline (FID) bench?

Well, Body-Solid have given this bench a full commercial warranty rating which means that it's been designed and cunstructed with real weight-training in mind. 

Although the Body-Solid GFID71 is not a bench we would like to see  going into a heavy duty lifting enviroment, we have had a fair few GFID71 benches go into what we would class as light commercial gyms such as leisure centres and corporate gyms where they have stood the test of time very well. So, although technically the Body-Solid GFID-71 bench has an FC (full commercial) rating by Body-Solid, we'd give it a LC (Light Commercial) GymRatZ rating, or a TD (Top Dogs) rating for home-use.

So, all round, the Body-Solid GFID71 (Grey Flat Incline Decline 71) bench has a hefty GymRatZ seal of approval for a home gym or light commercial gym use. Another plus point for this Body-Solid bench for home training, the range of  optional extra's available. Probabally least  recommended is  the Lat Attachment, however, if space is of a premium, the GFID-71 bench provides a sturdy base for the Lat Tower to be used for light lat and low-row work.
