Body-Solid GLM83 Lat Machine
Our Review of the GLM83 from Body-Solid:
Body-Solid's GLM83 has always been a popular lat machine for home, however, if you have a power rack (such as the GPR378 or PPR200X), then the available lat attachments (GLA378 and PLA200X) are probably a preferable option. Also, for a light-commercial gym, the Body-Solid selectorised alternatives - GLM84S & GLM84SM - are likely to be more appealing. That said, the GLM83 is a well-built and comfortable to use machine. Plus, unlike most competitor machines, the Body-Solid GPM65 has the benefit of not have to disconnect and reconnect the cables when altering between the high and low stations.
