Build your own Crossfit rig - the most economical way to get yourself a commercial crossfit box
You are purchasing a rig comprising of 4 uprights and 4 monkey back and side rails. For alternative designs select your components from the Strength Series Stocked Rig Range SYSTEM 2, everything you need can be found in the RELATED ITEMS tab above. Image two is for illustration purpose and will give you an idea of what can be achieved.
Stocked Crossfit Rig. For those of you that can't wait to have your crossfit rig manufactured and installed we offer the Strength Series full commercial cross fit rig. This item is sold by component so you can extend your rig or/and add items such as Bolt on grappler/landmine, Safties, Rig wings. Dip handles etc.
This crossfit rig is sold self install only. We do not offer an installation service on this item as there are a minimul number of parts to the rig that simply bolt together. The rig uprights have flat plate feet at the bottom, floor bolts are included. You may want to consult a tradesperson and/or your landlord before carrying out this part of the installation.
Sturdy and robust 75mm X 75mm X 3mm steel box section. The Bare rig is 2.5m tall If you buy from this page you are purchasing a rig with floor dimension 120 X 180.
Important: If you want to use a rig for squats /press you will need the 120 dimension provided to enable 7ft Olympic bar to rest correctly on bar hooks/catchers. Bar hooks and safety catchers can be found in the RELATED ITEMS tab above
