Information about the GQ Adjustable Bench

The Gym-Equip GQ Adjustable Bench has 7 positions - ranging from 13 degrees decline to 80 degrees incline. For me (Matt writing), it's difficult to class benches like these as decline. Yes, they are able to decline, but, with no leg brace, it's awkward. Subsequently, I suggest the GQ Adjustable Bench for flat and incline use. Another niggle for me, is the seat pad position. Advertised by the manufacturer as being designed for increased comfort, I cannot see how this is true when performing flat work - i.e. bench press within a rack, flat dumbell press etc.

The incorporation of oval section tube for the framework and rubber feet means all Gym Equip. Commercial Gym Equipment and benches will match even the most modern commercial gym stations.

Gym-Equip training stations are made as default with Silver/Grey frame and Black upholstery. These colours also typically have the shortest lead times, but, if you have specific colour requirements, we should be able to help.
