Ideally in a commercial gym you would have multiples of every fixed position (flat, incline, decline, shoulder press) olympic bench, however if space is limited, or you just want to make your gym as universal as possible, the GymRatZ Olympic Adjustable Bench could be the answer. For all intents and purposes, it's our GymRatZ Adjustable Bench welded to an Olympic frame, therefore providing flat and various incline pressing positions.
