Selectorsied Pullover machine. Solid construction from heavy gauge steel with thickly padded upholstery. Pullovers are an important exercise and are often overlooked in health clubs comprising only selectorised resistance machines, so why not add a Pullover machine? That said, straight-arm pulldowns (on a High/ Low Pulley or Lat Pulldown machine) is a cheaper alternative.
