Raised Farmers Walk Handles (pair)

Yet another variation of the farmers walk handle, this time the farmers walk handles are raised on their own stands which allow for very easy and rapid loading and un-loading of the plates for loading/unloading between training partners or perhaps drop-sets for total body destruction.

The Farmers Walk exercise needs a strong back which can be worked on by Deadlifts, and a powerful limpet-like grip, however as is often the case with feats of strength, the best preparation and training is by performing the exercise it's self for which you need your own pair of farmers walk handles from us at GymRatZ.

Technical details of the GymRatZ Adjustable Farmers Walk Handles

• Electrostatic Powder Coat Finish with zinc plated weight horns.
• 30mm Handles as standard but can be made with any other handle thickness as required.
• We recommend the use of Olympic Bulldog Collars with all our heavy duty fat bars and special bars.
