Information about the GymRatZ Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench

The Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench is a great piece of kit and, unfortunately, missing from most gyms. I (Matt Bembridge writing) personally prefer barbell and dumbell presses standing, but I'm aware of peoples tendency to arch their back and a supported seated position is subsequently preferred. It must be remembered that most people can shoulder press comfortably with an adjustable bench in its upright stance, however, the Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench features a low slung back rest for free range of movement, which does make for a more comfortable movement and better support, especially for those with well developed back and shoulders.
