Our Standard Loading Pin is ideal for use with cable handles, particularly for forearm/ grip strength with our Wrist Roller, Pinch Grip Block or Fat Grip Rolling Stirrup Handle.
Another great use for both the olympic and standard loading pin is in combination with a dip belt for weighted dips (see the various dipping stations available) and also for weighted chins on a chin bar or station or one of our power racks which incorporate a chin bar into the design.
Another point worth mentioning is that by dropping a single standard weight plate onto the loading pin you could then add a combination of both standard and olympic plates to make up your desired final weight.
Our Standard Loading Pin also comes with a heady-duty carabina clip ready to attach your chosen handle. We'll happily make the loading pin anywhere from 10" to 24" long - please select when ordering.
