Adjustable heavy-duty strongman lifting yoke ideal for strongman training alongside our other "strongman" products, such as Farmers Walk Handles, Conan's Wheel, Texas Bars, Log Bars, grip strength aids etc.
Built from 70mm x 70mm and 80mm x 80mm box section steel with deep centre knurling on the cross-bar this yoke is an excellent training aid.
Another advantage is the yoke bar can be removed making it pretty portable and easy to store when not in use.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

The adjustable bar is very easy and speedy to change, and it holds weight very well.
