The Jacobs Ladder (Commercial Grade)

Jacobs Ladder is a patented cardio machine specifically designed for fitness and cross fit enthusiasts alike. It is aimed at athletes and professionals but is certainly not restricted to this audience, the unit would look at home equally in an army training centre as it would in a home gym (space permitting). Jacobs Ladder is a very unique climbing treadmill. Its phenomenal design places the user at a 40° angle in order to relieve stress on the lower back.

The Jacobs Ladder operates through the simple methodology of the user being tethered to the machine by a waist belt which attaches to a brake. The higher the user climbs up the ladder the tighter the thether cord and the more the brake is released, thereby allowing the rungs to rotate faster to maintain the users position at the centre of the climbing area. 
Simple but effective and track-proven in the performance athlete arena since it's concept became a reallity.

The Jacobs Ladder has been around unchanged in design for several decades and as was to be expected a new and improved version of the device has come to our attention; similar in many ways but one in keeping with todays "touch screen" world of data and digital disaplays. The new kid on the block (or should that read box?) is called the Champions Ladder (Linked to in the simmilar products tab)  - How it's going to stand up to the first and foremost ladder climber we'll see but for the moment there's no escaping the Jacobs Ladder isn't going anywhere for a while.
