Olympic Microloader Weights 125g (0.125Kg)

Our specially machined microloaders have been developed from necessity due to the loss of 0.5 Kg plates from the cast weights range.

These 125g Microloaders are the lightest olympic plates we do and should be the lightest you would ever need for weight training.

Only typically used by weight trainers adopting specific training routines which require very small weight increments week by week rather than a more typical routine of adding bigger weights and dropping a rep. off the set then building back up to the original rep range before increasing weight.

Micro loaders are naturally more expensive than cast weights due to labour involved in the machining of these plates however with the rising cost of cast iron the difference is becoming less noticeable.

 Microloader Sizes

Our Microloader Plates come in individul weights of 0.125Kg, 0.25Kg and 0.5Kg equating to 0.25Kg, 0.5Kg and 1Kg per pair respectively.

  • Microloaders are great for Olympic Dumbell handles 
  • Sold in pairs i.e. 0.125Kg Microloader pair makes 0.25Kg total weight for the pair
  • Machined from Mild Steel with weight stamped on each plate.
