Started as an experiment to burn fat - maybe it does, I am too busy for regular exercise which should be taken alongside of this to receive its full fat burning potential. But its attraction to me is that I get no side effects from taking one capsule a day, and it gives me a very low but noticeable kick-start when I feel tired. I take one around 11am & it keeps me awake through boring meetings in the afternoon or gives me the energy to do hard work on property renovations. For me it also cures low level depression - not saying that would work for everybody. I wouldn't take it after 12 noon as it could keep me awake at night, but before noon & all the effects wear off well in time for a good night's sleep. I've never had any side effects. I would recommend this for a livelier, healthier more mentally focused life style. But really you should do regular exercise, no matter how little, alongside. |
you got nothing to lose but fat !!Review submitted on 16th August 2015 by loz Believe me I've tried them all but always return to this one, it does what it say's, energy up !! weight down !! no unpleasant side effects ( unless you take to near bed time and want to sleep !!) gives extra boost in the gym and if your sensible ( its not an excuse to eat ''crap'') you'll defo see results. I've gone from size 18 to 10 admittedly hard work but i'm 100% sure the inferno helped enormously. (confirmed customer) |
