The FTS Preacher Curl Attachment designed to give either the FTS Flex Bench or the FTS Olympic Combo Bench the added functionality of a Preacher Curl Pad- giving isolation to the bicep and concentrating your upper arm workout. Also featured is a contoured upper section for more fixation of the arm.
I've been asked to supply dimensions and measurement to see if this preacher pad could be used with other benches.
Critical measurements as follows:
- The insert has an exterior dimension of 44mm x 44mm
- Length is 58cm from bottom of insert to the top plate that the pad bolts onto.
- The holes are 14mm diameter
- Centre of the first hole is 90mm from the base of the insert, last hole is 215mm from the base.
