This Olympic training bumper plate weight set features the solid rubber York Economy Bumper Plates and York Barbell Needle bearing training bar for smooth bar rotation, essential for practicing and developing olympic lifts.

Ideally suited for education and studio environments the solid rubber bumper training plates set the bar at the right height with all sized plates.

NOTE: this weight/bar combination package is not suited to Crossfit style use which is extremely harsh on Olympic bars. However the bumper plates afford a high level of protection to lifting platforms etc.
