If you're purchasing one of our 4ft Professional Punchbags (Uppercut or Heavy-Duty) for the first time, we recommend purchasing this chain set, which includes nickel plated 6 strand punchbag chain (with swivel), a snaplock hook to connect chain to heavy-duty spring (reduces shock), and one further snaplock hook to attach spring to your wall or ceiling bracket (sold separately).
The only reason you wouldn't want to purchase this chain set is if you're replacing an existing heavy-duty punchbag in your boxing gymnasium
