3 point fixing steel tube wall bracket for your punchbag. Basic fixings and a shackle are included with the bracket. Something to note though, this is BBE's lighter-weight wall bracket - suitable for punchbags up to 20kg in weight. If you have a heavier punchbag, you should review the 2' Punchbag Bracket.
