Oversized (48" long) lat bar for performing wide-grip pulldowns. The durable solid steel hard chrome handle also features two pairs of narrower 35mm rubber grips for performing narrow-grip & reverse-grip pulldowns, along with a variety of tricep and bicep exercises - tricep pushdowns, tricep extensions, bicep curls etc.
Suitable for use with most Lat Pulldown stations with the aid of a carabina clip.
