Benefiting from the same pulley arrangement as the Body-Solid GLM83, the York FTS Lat Machine allows you to swap between exercises (low or high pulley) without the need to disconnect and reconnect cables. The York FTS Lat Machine is good machine at a good price, however, the near identical Body-Solid GLM83 Lat Machine is even better value-for-money. Plus, the light-commercial environment may want to review the Body-Solid selectorised version (GLM84S or GLM84SM), which doesn't cost a lot more.
