Switch from 50mm handle to 30mm in the same working set for a killer superset/drop set.. "drop" being how your set will end !!
The fat grip handles combined with the regular grip handles make these dual grip farmers walk handles a great addition to any commercial gym or rugby club.
The dynamics of exercises such as the Farmers Walk can make the body work in to a new level compared to regular "precision" exercises such as squat and deadlift etc.
