The Viking Press exercise is a strongman favourite and can now be an addition to any gym with the GymRatZ Viking Press Station. Stand out from the generic gym, by offering some of our popular specialist equipment.
This is our original version of the Viking Press Machine. Working with fixed handles gives an action similar to that of when lifting a barbell overhead. A great exercise for triceps, "upper" chest and predominantly shoulder development.
With adjustable height position to cater for different starting positions and athletes heights.
By special request we've recentlky added an "Animal" version to the range which just like the Animal Leg Press features independant sides for iso lateral movements but they can also be locked together to be used in the traditional way so as much as we have loved this original design Viking Press Machine, for very little additional cost we would always suggest our Animal Viking Press (See similar items) for it's greater variation of exercises.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
All GymRatZ Gym Equipment comes as standard with white, silver, or black frame. Other colours are available (please see full list below). All GymRatZ Gym Equipment is made to order and subsequently each order regarded as a special order. This means that lead times may vary.
With a huge range of off-the-shelf colour options as standard we're sure you'll find just the right combination of frame, upholstry (and stitching) to match your gym colour scheme. We do think that stitching to match the frame colour is quite exceptional though and one of our favourite combinations is Orange frame, Black Upholstry and Orange stitching.
