The Olympic Fulcrum Bar can be used for a huge amount training including Pressing, Rowing, Bicep Curls and Tricep Extensions etc. By simply moving the handles off-centre the load on the forearms is increased significantly as they battle to stabilise the rotational force of the modified fulcrum effect.
This Fulcrum Bar is a monster bar which will add a very unique and interesting twist to your training but most of all it will give your forearms a great workout.
Yet another interesting addition to any commercial gym or professional weight training facility.
