York STS Counter Balance Smith Machine

York STS full commercial product by York Barbell. Designed to perfectly match up with the growing range of STS gym equipment (see related product tab above). The York STS Racks, Benches and machines are almost always available from stock so you won't have to wait 8 weeks or more to have your gym fabricated or installed. The Items are powder coated in Platinum Grey, this being the most popular paint finish through many equipment ranges they will usually compliment your existing colour scheme. The STS Range is delivered Flat packed for you, your mainenance team, dad or handy client to build. this one will be a two man build as you will need an extra pair of hands to steady the uprights whilst bolting together.

The Counter Balance smith machine offers a station where lifts can be performed safely making it the ideal solution for hotel gyms, school and club gyms. Ample weight storage pegs allow all of your Olympic plates to be stored neatly and safely and within easy working distance when using the machine.

Strong and Stable, constructed from 11 gauge heavy steel tube, go heavy with bench press, squats or shrugs. York have angled the weight bar by 5 degrees, this means that when performing your lifts and presses your motion is following the more natural free weight path.

Linear Bearings on case hardened shafts allow smooth movement (lighter weight alternatives will use bushing bearings)

Bar Holder hooks give a safe starting position Stop pegs can be adjusted to ensure safe range of use
