GRowler Scrummager with Drive Pad (Scrum Prowler)
A variation from the original GRowler (Prowler) sled, introducing the adjustable drive pad. As you'd expect, mainly popular with rugby clubs in order to strengthen scrummaging, but can be used for unique exercises like bear crawls also, as well as the standard pushing and pulling exercises you can perform with a regular Prowler.
Update: for ease of transport we can now offer the Growler (Prowler) with removable uprights, which are still just as functional, but obviously have a "non-welded feel" to them. Just select either Growler Fixed or Removable uprights in the options box on purchase.
