Complimenting our specialist range - Glute Ham Bench, Prowler, Football Bar, Safety Squat Bar, Fat Bar, Log Bar, ISO Stations, Reverse Hyper, Trap Bar etc. - of heavy duty commercial gym equipment, the Power Runner is another niche yet superb item ideal for explosive power training - sprinting, rugby, football etc.
Designed for sports-specific training, perform single-leg leg press, alternate-leg leg press, double-leg leg press, sprinting all in the drive position. We think the Power Runner is truly excellent!
These days most gyms have a sled track (see our artificial grass track) which when used in conjunction with a sled provides a great tool for developing power and drive from the legs however our GymRatZ Power Runner while having a fairly limited target audience provides an excellent alternative if space is not available for a full length sled track.

In our experience, unless you specifically want 3 different colours for frame, upholstry and stitching we find using a stitching colour to closely match the frame colour (where possible) produces a particularly good effect; example being orange frame and black upholstry with orange stitching. Stunning comes to mind but any combination of the above isn't a problem.
