The Fat Grip Trap Bar is just one of a new range of Fat Grip training tools we welcome to our range. Fat Grip training is a bit like kettlebell training. It doesn't replace regular training but enhances it and hits muscles (especially of the arms) with a new twist.

Fat Grip training is going to be stand out. Fat Grip or Thick Grip who cares what you call it, either way it ain't for wimps nor chimps.
