Pro Power Hand Grippers

New Pro Power Hand Grippers - Moving on from the fairly domestic "adjustable" hand grippers FitnessMad have introduced a great range of Aluminium hand grippers in a traditional style that's come to be the accepted and most widely used hand gripper design from every performance grip training manufacturer including the legendary "Captains of Crush" (CoC) grippers.

As with most things made by FitnessMad these hand grippers are colour coded and there is a nice overlap of strenghts to allow natural progression from the weakest (silver) through to the strongest (black).

Having used a large range of spring grippers over the years this range is pefectly matched for rehab and younger users through to the black gripper that needs far greater grip strength than I personally can manage (only managing 5 to 10mm deflection with my strongest side)

All in all a great range and thoroughly recommended.
