Being a more modest 14" diameter and weighing 35kg, compared to the 55kg 18" Recoil RB bag, this bag has a degree of movement when hit that's more natural, forgiving, and welcome for all but the hardest hitters so more suited to home and club use. In a club you might have 1 x heavy bag with the majority being "lighter" bags such as this one as they are more suitable to a wider range of users, easier to hang and of course cheaper to purchase.

Filled with textile off-cuts of varying weight and size allows the bag to maintain a correct balance of weight and authentic feel when punched.

The 4 heavy gauge D-Ring hangers are attached by a double layer of leather and nylon webbed strapping which in turn is cross stitched into the main material of the body for added strength and durability.

Once filled the heavy duty zip allows the top to remain securely closed and a flange of material further protects the zip to keep it hidden and unexposed.

Sewn to the base of the bag is a metal D-Ring to attach a fixing or weight to reduce the bag from swinging when doing those heavy workouts.
