As mentioned on other pages, the row is the same on all WaterRower rowing machines, the price difference is simply reflective of the wood used. The WaterRower Classic is hand crafted from solid American Black Walnut - providing a richness and lustre of the grain. There was talk a few years back of the WaterRower Classic being deleted from the product range however at time of writing it is still a current model but only produced in very limited numbers so there may be a slight delay on delivery. We will of course inform you of delivery timescale before processing payment. General information about the WaterRower : This Water Rower is ideal for home or club use, it can be stored upright therefore saving space, the Water Rowers near-silent operation means that it can be use anywhere and at any time without imposition of those around you. The WaterRower's patented Water Flywheel has been designed to emulate the dynamics of a boat moving through water. To do so it uses the same physical elements as occur when a boat moves through the water reproducing the same physical dynamics. In replicating the dynamics of rowing so accurately, the Water Rower is unrivalled in replicating not only the superb physiological dynamics of rowing, but much of the aesthetic pleasure as well.
